Scotland Activity Tour
A 5 day tour which begins in The Cairngorms where you will get the chance to have an exhilarating day of White Water Rafting on the Findhorn River with the best tuition. Overnight in one of the Speyside hotels, Muckrach Lodge Hotel, a delightful, warm, friendly and relaxed country house hotel in the heart of the Valley.

After breakfast travel to The Rothiemurchus Estate to enjoy some Clay Shooting set in absolutely breathtaking scenery. The instructors will provide expert one-to-one tuition giving you the confidence to really enjoy this exciting sport. On the other hand if your are all too familiar with this sport then you may wish to try the Gold standard. Now you will travel to Loch Ness for a Private Boat C ruise with a luxurious finger buffet and complimentary drinks. You will motor down to Urquhart Castle and moor here for lunch before returning to Dochgarroch or you may wish to travel the length of the Loch all the way to Fort Augustus which will be your overnight destination. You will get every opportunity to keep an eye out for Nessie!

You can stay at The Lovat Hotel, a beautiful Victorian building situated on the southern tip of Loch Ness with views of both Loch Ness and the Caledonian canal from the rooms. During your stay in this beautiful village you will also get the chance to marvel at Thomas Telford’s feat of engineering. The flight of 5 locks transport sailing vessels and boats from Loch Ness at the north end into the Caledonian Canal and not forgetting the chance to take a picture of Nessie.

On this, your penultimate day, you will meet your ghillie and travel along the south side of the Loch to reach one of the smaller lochs where you will master trout fishing. He will regale you with stories of the Highlands and teach you the best methods for catching trout.

Before you depart Scotland you will get the chance to experience one of our world renowned golf courses – Castle Stuart, a championship links course overlooking the Moray Firth and well-known landmarks that are synonymous with Inverness and the Black Isle - Kessock Bridge and Chanonry Lighthouse perhaps the most notable. You may wish to have some refreshments after your round in the stunning Art Deco clubhouse before you are taken to the airport for your departure.
